Please select all items carefully as Sophie G Interiors does not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Most of our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, individual pieces may have minor variations in colour, size and pattern. These variations are part of the beautiful uniqueness of each product and why Sophie G Interiors dose not view these minor variations as product flaws. Please note, we are unable to guarantee that dye lots of products will be the same between restocking. If you are wanting to ensure a matching set, we suggest buying all items required together in one purchase. 

Please note we carefully inspect and hand pack all orders to ensure that we are delivering the most beautiful items that exceed your expectations. 

In the unlikely event your item has arrived faulty, Sophie G Interiors is to be notifited within 24hrs of receipt by email shop@sophieginteriors.com. A detailed description and clear photographs are to be included within this email. Please ensure you clearly state your order number. Faulty product is to be returned back to Sophie G Interiors unused, in original packaging and condition within 7 days from delivery date to qualify for store credit, exchange or refund.

Please note, all returns/exchanges/refunds on faulty items are at the digression of Sophie G Interiors. As noted above, minor variations are not viewed as a fault and no return/exchange/refund will be issued.  

Please kindly note that all delivery charges are non refundable and not the responsibility of Sophie G Interiors. Any returns and exchange freight is the financial responsibility of the customer and not Sophie G Interiors.
